Once production or your order is completed and the funds reflect in our account, your order will be on its way to you with The Courier Guy. Courier times vary according to the customer's location but will generally delivered within 2-3 days working days.
Orders more than R1000 will be couriered free of charge, orders less than R1000 will have a R90 fee for major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London and George). All other areas will have a R150 fee.
You are more than welcome to collect your order at the studio in Sunningdale, Cape Town once we have let you know that your order is ready.
Collections are Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Weekends and out of hours by prior arrangement.
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Should you wish to cancel your order and return anything, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at yolandi@paperwood.co.za or by calling us on the following number (open 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday) +27 (0)82 413 7470 and we will provide you with a authorisation number. Our decorations are extremely versatile, flexible and easy to use. In many cases some of the things that you need for your event, for example paper plates, are already in your pantry, the only problem was that it does not fit in with the theme of your event. However, with Paperwood decorations, you can match almost any item to your theme as our products consist mainly of vinyl stickers and other multi-purpose items.
If, however, you have to purchase some or all your party accessories, you will need only plain coloured items, and these can be purchased in most grocery-, stationary- or party shops. To make life even more easy, we add a small colour chart to your order free of charge.
You will receive 1 x round paper plate sticker, 1 x party box / party bag sticker, 1 x bottle label sticker, 1 x treat bag top, 1 x straw tag, 2 x cupcake toppers and 2 x small round stickers.
Yes, every theme has other items that you can add as extra decorations.
